Sales Rules
1. Introductory provisions
1.1 These sales regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") govern the conditions for purchasing goods, lessons and gift vouchers through the online store on the website http://artfactorybrno.cz .
1.2 The operator of the online store is Art Factory, zs, with its registered office at Odrůvky 11, Studnice 683 08, Company ID: 03201074 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
1.3 The buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "buyer") agrees to these rules by submitting an order.
2. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract
2.1 Orders can be placed via the e-shop at http://artfactorybrno.cz .
2.2 The purchase contract is formed upon confirmation of the order by the seller.
2.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if it is not possible to deliver the goods.
3. Prices and payment terms
3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT.
3.2 The Buyer may choose to pay:
By transfer to account
Online payment card
Cash on delivery (if available)
3.3 Payment must be made within 5 business days, otherwise the order will be canceled.
3.4. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
4. Delivery of goods
4.1 Goods are delivered via:
Personal collection at Poštovská 3, 602 00 Brno
4.2 The delivery date depends on the availability of the goods and the carrier, usually the goods are delivered within 14 days.
4.3 The buyer will be informed about the status of the order by e-mail.
5. Complaints and returns of goods
5.1 The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
5.2 Returned goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
5.3 Complaints are governed by applicable legal regulations and must be submitted in writing to the e-mail info@artfactorybrno.cz .
5.4 The Seller undertakes to handle the complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
6. Protection of personal data
6.1 The buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
6.2 The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of processing the order.
6.3 Details on the processing of personal data are provided in the Terms of Personal Data Protection on the website http://artfactorybrno.cz .
7. Final provisions
7.1 The Seller reserves the right to change these rules without prior notice.
7.2 These sales regulations are valid and effective from 1 January 2025.
